Your data
How does our data get into your tools?
Your church database can already export a spreadsheet in 3–5 clicks — Planning Center, Rock RMS, Breeze, and the rest all have an export button, and our loaders map the columns automatically. It loads into your own private instance — your data stays at the church level, never pooled with anyone else's — and the intelligence is built from a de-identified, coded copy. We wrote a click-by-click guide for each system: Bring your data →
Do your tools replace Planning Center / Rock / Breeze?
No — keep your system. Those tools are great at collecting registrations and check-ins. Ours answer the questions they don't: who comes back, what attendance will be, what your community investment adds up to. They read your system's exports; nothing migrates.
We only have spreadsheets. Can we still use this?
Yes. Any CSV or Excel file with names and dates works — spreadsheets are exactly how most of our own history started. If you can download it, we can load it.
Is our people's information safe?
This is a hard rule for us, not a setting. Your data stays at the church level — in your own private instance, never pooled or centralized. The intelligence runs on a coded, de-identified copy: each person reduced to a few non-identifying traits (gender, marital status, an age band), never the combination of name, phone, email, and birthdate. Full contact detail is restricted to your authorized admins, shared views are masked, and your data is never used in our marketing or demos — every person on this site is fictional.
Do you use our data to train AI, or share it with anyone?
No. Your data stays in your own instance at the church level — never pooled, never sold, and never used to train anything shared across organizations. The only thing that powers the analytics is a coded, de-identified copy: a few non-identifying traits, never your people's names and contact details.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It's yours. Your instance runs on your data, you can export everything, and on request we return or delete the coded copy we hold. Leaving is a download, not a hostage negotiation.
The tools
Can we try it before talking to anyone?
Yes — every product card on the homepage has a live demo filled with fictional people. Click around the real screens: scoreboards, forecasting, check-in, follow-up. No signup, no email wall.
What does "white-label" mean?
Your organization gets its own instance with your name, your logo, your colors, your data — our engine underneath. Your staff sees your brand, not ours. Program names are configurable too (one church's "Be Rich" is another's "Special Projects").
What does it cost?
We're onboarding early partners right now, and early partners get early-partner pricing — sized for church and nonprofit budgets, billed annually because that's how your budget works. Start a conversation and we'll give you a real number quickly.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually days, not months. Send one export during onboarding and you'll typically see your own scoreboard within a day. Branding and remaining event types follow the same week.
We have multiple campuses. Does that work?
The tools are built with multi-campus in mind — campus is a first-class field in our newest products. Tell us your structure and we'll show you exactly how yours would look.
Working with us
What if we need something you haven't built?
That's half of what we do. Every tool in the suite began as a custom build for a real operating problem. Bring the job a staff member can't get done — we scope it, fix a price, and ship it under your brand. Custom builds →
Who's behind Toolz Group?
An operations team inside a real, large church that built these tools for itself first — and proved them on real ministry data before offering them to anyone else. Our story →
What kind of support comes with it?
Every project includes a warranty period where defects are fixed free, and ongoing care plans are available for organizations that want continuous improvements and priority help. You'll always reach a human at hello@toolzgroup.com.
