Eventz demo — talk track

A five-minute walk-through that goes from “a number” to “one person’s journey.” Brand the demo first (🎨 on the demo home), then follow the path below.

1
Open the demo home · click “All events”

Start with the whole church

The combined view fills in: unique people, attendance rate, and the discipleship pipeline across every event.

Say: “This is every event you ran, on one board. Not just headcounts — 347 real people, and how many of them you’re actually keeping.”
2
Point to “returning (2+)” and the journey row

Show the pipeline, not the poster

156 people came to more than one event; the 1 / 2 / 3+ breakdown is their discipleship path.

Say: “Most tools count check-ins. Eventz shows whether the same people are coming back — that’s discipleship you can measure.”
3
Point to “Guests now attending”

Prove assimilation

Guests who first showed up at one event and later came to another — automatically.

Say: “You worked hard to get these guests in the door. This tells you how many stuck — no spreadsheet required.”
4
Click into one event (e.g. Bloom) · open Register

Zoom from the church to one person

Find a name with a “↗ N more” chip and click it — their whole journey across every event appears.

Say: “From the entire church down to one person’s story in two clicks — and never a phone number or birthdate exposed.”
5
Open Forecast on an upcoming event

Turn history into planning

The countdown, projected turnout, and a promo plan on the right days (stage Sundays, email Tue–Thu, social Tue–Wed).

Say: “It doesn’t just look back. It tells you how many to expect and when to promote — before the event.”
6
Open Day-of → Name tags · then Follow up

Land the “runs the whole event” point

Name tags with their logo + QR check-in, then the follow-up queues and inviter thank-yous.

Say: “Same tool prints the name tags, runs check-in, and builds the follow-up list the Monday after — the admin’s whole week in one place.”

Questions you’ll get

“Where’s the private info?” — There isn’t any in this version. Names and a demographic code only — no phone, email, or birthdate. That’s why you can put it in front of any leader or volunteer.
“Is this our data?” — Yes. Your data stays yours, de-identified, never sold. Our engine does the work; you get the insight and the credit — under your own brand.
“How much work is it for my team?” — Small on purpose: paste the registration list, enter costs, tap the no-shows, assign follow-ups. We handle everything around it.
“Can we set up our own events?” — Yes — the setup wizard builds a full tool from a few questions. Show it live: the + Create a new event button.
“What does it cost / what’s next?” — Point them to the two-part pitch and offer to stand up a branded instance with their real (de-identified) data.
